This return response means that there was insufficient funds available in the bank account when the debit attempt was made so the payment could not be processed. Please keep in mind this is based on the account’s available ledger balance.
If you feel this response was given in error please contact the bank and they will be able to provide you with more information as to why they responded with this message. Many banks do not consider pending funds as available funds.
