    PayYourRent does not require that managers add residents to the system.  Rather, residents will be able to search for their property and register themselves to their respective units.

    If you would like to add your residents yourself, please follow the steps below:

    1. Login to your manager portal and click Tenants.

    2. Click Add Tenant.

    3. Select a property by entering the first few letters of the property name or address and then selecting it from the menu that appears.

    4. Select the unit number and a move in date and then enter the resident info and click Save.

    Note: The resident’s ability to access the system is determined by the move in and move out dates.  If you set a future move in date, the resident will not be able to login until that date occurs.
