This return response means that the account holder has disputed the transaction as unauthorized and the funds were returned back to the account holder.
This return method is used for preventing fraudulent transactions and will cause all future payments from the same bank account to return for the same reason due to a “block” placed on the bank account. If you would like to remove this block, please contact support@payyourrent.com and request an Account Block Release Form so that this account can be used for future rent payments.
