PayYourRent offers the ability for residents to build their credit history with their rent payments each month. Should you opt in for the rent reporting feature, PayYourRent will report that payment and all future payments to Experian, TransUnion, and Equifax for the purposes of building your credit history. Reporting is sent to each bureau once a month and will be reflected as a trade line on your credit report under the name PayYourRent. This trade line will reflect each payment submitted through PayYourRent to your property manager or landlord.
