Client-Owned Merchant Accounts – We setup a merchant account on your behalf for every bank account into which you want funds to be deposited. By setting you up as the merchant on record you retain the rights to your funds at all times. Funds are sent electronically from your residents’ accounts through YOUR merchant account to your bank account. Should anything happen to PayYourRent, your funds are protected.
Zero Day Hold – PayYourRent is the fastest payment processor in the industry. We do not hold your funds for multiple business days, but rather push funds out to your account the same day. If the payment is submitted by 5pm ET, the funds will be sent to your bank account that night and available to you first thing the following morning.

PayYourRent’s focus on security creates a significantly more secure environment for payment processing.
SSL Encryption – We employ a higher than industry standard 256-bit data encryption to ensure all information transmitted on our system is properly encrypted and secure.
PCI Compliance – PayYourRent is PCI-DSS Complaint and we are audited monthly to ensure we are always up to date with the latest vulnerabilities
Tokenization – PayYourRent never stores complete account information on our servers. We use a process called tokenization with our processing bank that allows us to use a token code to reference stored bank accounts and credit cards without storing the full account information on PayYourRent.
