PayYourRent monitors user experience through customer surveys and the Net Promoter Score (NPS) evaluation. The NPS is an index ranging from -100 to 100 that measures the willingness of customers to recommend a company’s products or services to others.
In December of 2016, PayYourRent asked their active customers two NPS questions. The first question was quantitative and the second question was qualitative.

2. What is the most important reason for your score?
At the completion of the survey, we learned that PayYourRent.com has a 32 NPS score. The software industry benchmark is a 28 NPS score. And since collecting the NPS survey feedback, we’ve listened to our customers and made significant improvements to our products and services in 2017.
